old art photos

i shot these exped the cop photo in my old 1 bedroom apartment with my K1000 and my 50 1.7. for meany years i had to shoot art photos to buy film. for back drops i used my blanket and sheets. and only used window lighting i often photoed people in my shower. i do not like doing art BUT it did pay for film and some times rent. i was able to sell to small art mages and ezines. i would walk down to the coffee shop and ask people at random if they would come up to my apartment so i could photo them. i would get a lot of yeses and i did not plan shoots i just went with the flow and got what i got i did not evin pose people. of corse i had to use PS a bit. i did not have my own computer so i had to sneek in to a college coputer lab and use theres lol. a lot of people thought i whent to school there lol.
the cop photo was pre Hallmark it was the summer before and i just happened to walk in to a small daily newspaper in NC that there photographer was going on vacation and they offered me the job till she got back. i was just out of HS so i was like OK lol. i had to develop all the film by hand and i had not at that point ever dun that so i got a crash corse and every time i put a role in the tank i pray that every thing was ok. the dark room was in the basement of the paper building and was like a dungeon. good times :)

thanks :) i miss you guys, the thing is i get my art photo stille from doing restoring photos lol me the WORST in the class at it applying what i learnd to expand what i can do lol

i have LOTS of storys and photos i wish that i could wright better. every photo i have dun has a story behind it and i wish that i could put it down in words. becuse some storyes are FUNNY, i often tell people all i need is a blank wall and a windo or a 100w light balb lol
