portrait session

so tell me what you all think. I had been eyeing this background for awhile it had been lying around the house and everytime i passed it by i thought about using it for a portrait session.

Great background - what is it exactly? Just a wall in your house?

i like it, maybe try playing with the depth a field a little bit so its not to overwelming :)

Tony, I like it, but I agree with Will. I would try pulling subjects a little further away and shoot wide open. I like the old man in front of it better than the younger man for some reason. Take care, Susan

I tried it without the background light and i preferred it with the light better.
Don't worry jason everybody is entitled to an opinion.
haha with the amount of space i had i wish i could had them away from it further will. I was up against a wall and they were almost there with me lol.

It's not that i dont like the background, i wish i had it. I just dont think it works well with the subjects. the depth of field will play a huge roll in the shot.

Its cool I went back to the photos when I woke up the next day and edited the portraits better. when i posted the images they were not done being edited.
