My best friend
Thursday, November 15, 2007
I know. I've got the bug tonight. This is my third post, but I feel compelled to introduce you to the best part of me. My wife Sharron. We've been married for three years now and each year we've been on the move from Alabama to Tennessee and now to Masschusetts. Its not been easy for her I know. She prefers to be settled. But she also wanted to help me pursue my dream of being a photographer. This woman is my biggest support and best friend. She told me today that I'm going to be a great photographer not just a good one. During this time of frustration that's what I needed to hear. She has a way of picking me up with just the right words at just the right time. She was a big support to me when I buried my mother two months before school started and I know I would not be the person I am today if she weren't in my life. She keeps me going and refuses to let me give up (on anything). I love her for that.
Anyway, GREAT NEWS!!! We are expecting our first child. WIPPEE!!! Due April 30th during preparations for Final Portfolio. No stress, right? Keep us in your prayers.

Congrats Mark and Sharron!!!!! What wonderful news!
No stress at all Mark, you will have beautiful subjects to photograph to include in your portfolio! My children and husband were all included in my portfolio, as well as a good number of other people's! And just think, at those 1am, 3am and 5am feedings, you can let Sharron rest while you are working on retouching portfolio pieces and feeding babe at the same time! :)
And I think Sharron has a equally wonderful partner, not too many people put their feelings out there like that! Thanks for sharing!

It's wonderful to know that you are so blessed; to have each other and now a baby on the way - I'm so excited for you both!
I'm so happy for you Mark, particularly after losing your mother and the stress of embarking on a new career. I know that the Lord will grant you success. Thank you for sharing.
