Ive been looking into this myself.. Im kinda liking Millers or Marathon Press.. But I havent used them yet, Ive just seen some stuff at Imaging USA. -

WHCC press printing is prettier then Miller's. But I like Miller's prints way better then WHCC.
Try Visataprint.com & psprint.com. I only use lab press printing when I only need a few pieces made. -

I love overnightprints.com. They are cheap and you can usually search for coupon codes and you can get really good deals that way. Sometimes there are slight problems with color on a few of the products you are sent but I say for the money you pay I'm willing to take that little hit. For example I got 1,000 postcards made and paid something like $80 and 10 of them had some color issues. That's fine by me! Check 'em out.

I've used 4over.com for my different sets of business cards. I've also used overnightprints.com, but I've gotten better quality from 4over.com. They do metallic spot colors now too, which is neat. You have to sign up for a "trade account" (i.e. business owner) but it's super easy. You then login to that account and select the items you want. The templates are easy and the turnaround is quick. I also recommend having them send their sample pack of stocks and printing.

I agree with Wayne and Faith. I use WHCC, they rock and their customer service is awesome. The quality I have gotten from them has been fantastic and they are very good with if they see something that does not look right they call you before they print anything. I am very pleased with them! If you are doing a large order it can be pricey, but other than that I don't have any complaints about them.
