Hey Tony Congrats on landing this gig. I'd be excited too.
I like the first shot of the establishement. With the people shots I probably would have done something more along the lines of environmental/occupational instead of just a portrait. You might already have these. (I would assume you took more than three :) ) Anyway. That's just my .02

And you're right I did do an occupational/environmental shot.
The portrait of the guy with the dog is the owner

I like the location shot! I used that image as research for one that i did recently.
