Hi Bryan,
I think your environmental still is on the right track. I like the contrast of the blue light outside with the warm light inside (although I'd play with the ratio a little more).
I don't think the composition is bad, but it makes the candle the central interest point of your image and I'm not sure if it's the most interesting thing there. If I were you, I'd try switching the placement of the candle with the wine glass and bottle (maybe get a different kind of candle and/or more of them) and see if I could back-light the glass and add another layer of dimension to reward the viewer.

Yes I agree with Kameron. I love the other stills you have here very very nice. I love the light on the screw ball, and I love how sharp everything is in that other thing....sorry I don't know what it is, but it is a very very nice shot.

Dick was actually the one who set it up that way lol. I just kinda went with it. I do agree that I need to work on the environmental one's lighting colors and whatnot, but all in all, I had fun with it.
