I'm posting this for those who need a little pick me up as Phase IV approaches and for those working in the field who might need a little perspective adjustment. Sometimes it takes a photographer to put things into a new "light" for the rest of us. Nothing else to say except watch this video by Zach Arias. (9+ minutes)

Great advice. It's very true. It's what annoys the hell out of me when I get emails asking for advice or when old folks judge me based on my age. It's not going to matter, I'll still be learning by the time I'm 80, if I even make it that far.
