I'm a little late announcing this here, but better late then never, right?

Here's my very first magazine cover!

EDITED TO ADD: Hey Susan, congratulations on your cover! Lots of Hallmark grads making their cover debuts!! I didn't notice we were posting at the same time.

This particular magazine really like the look of the "anonymous bride". In the past, they have run several photos of a bride's back.

Isn't it funny the images a magazine chooses? This image wasn't one I even really liked, and the bride didn't choose it for her album either. She asked me to add it after she saw the cover.

Maybe when you get your first cover, you will be surprised by the editor's choice as well.

I liked the image and yes editors will pick images that they like, they may not be the best images.

I've dealt with that many a times.
